Workshop 1: Inclusive Leadership in the Wild: Why we need it and why it matters.

This session unravels the traits of inclusive leadership, gives participants an opportunity to reflect on
what they consider to be inclusive leadership strengths and opportunities and provides them with a
forum to discuss how to apply inclusive leadership traits to the teams and/or projects they lead.

Workshop 2: Introduction to Cultural Competence: What Comes Next?

MARCH 16, 12:00 – 1:00 MST

This session will encourage self-exploration to understand the concept of cultural competence. This workshop will help participants understand the fundamental concepts of culture, and different cultural norms, encouraging them to work toward being more culturally competent in their interactions.

Registration includes both workshops.
