Show us your Wild LOVE

Get in on the fun and show us your Wild LOVE!

Help us meet our fundraising goal of $10,000!

Each winter, the ACTWS launches an online fundraiser to help us plan the year ahead. Funds raised go towards our diverse programs from webinars and workshops to student awards and more.

Your Supports Matters

The ACTWS is a non-profit organization that relies on the generous and continued support of its members, supporters, and sponsors throughout the year. Our mission is to inspire and empower wildlife professionals to engage in science-based management and conservation of wild animals and their habitats.

To meet this mission, we work everyday to:

Inspire – bringing you webinars, newsletters, and information sharing the latest innovative, influential, and applicable wildlife science to help you advance science-based wildlife management either in your professional or personal lives.

Empower – offering an array of student awards for the next generation of “wildlifers”, sharing a series of virtual workshops to help enhance your skills, and keeping you apprised of opportunities to share your skills and perspectives.

Engage – our annual conference is THE wildlife event of the year where hundreds of wildlife professionals, students, and enthusiasts gather to learn, share, collaborate and advance wildlife and habitat science and management in Alberta. We also engage the broader Alberta public through various outreach events with partners across the province.

This work serves as the foundation of effective wildlife and habitat management in Alberta. Something that each Albertan and all wildlife species benefit from daily.

ALL funds raised during this Wild LOVE campaign go directly towards the above programs and the capacity required to support them.
